Doctor Who – 4th Doctor and Electronic Tardis

6 April 2010 No Comment

As classic Doctor’s go, The 4th Doctor (Tom Baker) has always been my personal favourite. Until the multi-million pound budget-backed reinvention of the franchise he was without a doubt the definitive Doctor in my book. However, much as I loved him he has been usurped not once, but twice, first by David Tennant and now (after seeing only one episode), I have to say Matt Smith!.

The 4th Doctor hid his complex mind behind a mask of bohemian eccentricity and is the most time-served incarnation of the Doctor with a Solid 7 years worth of adventures behind him before being seen off by his old enemy the Master when he fell from a radio telescope to the ground below.

In this set (exclusive to Forbidden Planet) we have the Fourth Doctor action figure with his classic Electronic TARDIS as they appear in the “Planet of Evil”. The Doctor comes in a red jacket with alternate head and Sonic Screwdriver accessory.

The TARDIS features opening doors, a spring activated right hand door and takeoff and landing light and sound effects.
